This book was surprisingly engaging and relatable for me. Lara Jean is such a lovable heroine and you can't help falling in love with her entire family and their geeky neighbor Josh. All about being a sister, a daughter, a friend and not being afraid to venture out into new experiences and relationships. Now I really want to watch the Netflix series.

I just read this book and loved it. I expected it to be a very light and fluffy beach read, and while it was a fun and easy book, it had a lot more depth and character development than I expected. Lara Jean Covey is a high school junior with a penchant for writing letters to the boys she’s loved (not that she would dream of sending them). But when they’re mysteriously sent for her, Lara Jean has to do some major damage control, and maybe re-evaluate her whole outlook on love. It’s a quick read, but days later I find myself still mentally digesting it. Highly recommend. Looking forward to reading other works by the author. (submitted by RA)

Not a cliffhanger, but an open-ended conclusion. There are two more books, so it's obvious that Lara Jean's story isn't quite finished. As a whole, the story was entertaining and became more so after the first half. The story didn't turn out at all like I expected, which was nice. I'm interested in seeing how things work out for Lara Jean in the next book.

I listened intermittently to the audio, as well, and it was decent. Not my favorite narrator/narration, but not irritating enough to stop listening. I Just didn't care for how Lara Jean was portrayed through the narrator's inflections.

Overall, I very enjoyed To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, I thought it was cute and it felt like a very energetic person was telling me the story. I liked all the characters for the most part, particularly Peter and Lara Jean. They really had a relationship that played well and didn’t feel forced or trying to hard. I thought the whole idea of it was cute and I really enjoyed the writing style as Lara Jean had a voice that kept me engaged. The Covey’s were also a great family. My main negatives are the fact that the love triangle was unnecessary and while I see the point, it made a character who didn’t have to be a negative become a negative. I also thought it was cliché and predictable once the plot gets moving. Otherwise, great read and I read it quickly. It’s fun. I feel like I said “cute” a lot in this review lol.

Wonderful teen romance. Dealing with family, friends, school and love can be treacherous as a teenager, and I appreciate the humor the author used to navigate through Lara Jean’s life. I also loved Lara Jean remained true to herself throughout the book. Great read - Jenny Han did not disappoint.

You know that warm, comforting feeling you get when you read something that makes you say, " Ha! I was thinking the same thing!", or "Huh, that's so relatable!". There's just something so beautiful in that, and this book is full of those gifts, all wrapped up, just waiting to be opened. A very sweet story that has so many great messages. I can't wait to watch the movie!

To All The Boys I've Loved Before is a book about first loves, embarrassing moments and family struggles. Lara Jean is a middle child with a single dad and a deceased mother. She's sheltered and a dreamer that prefers to live in a made-up world in her head rather than the real world. She doesn't take chances and enjoys sticking to what she knows. That changes one day when the box filled with all her unfiltered thoughts in letters to boys is sent out.

I really enjoyed this book. It was an incredibly easy read to immerse myself in and while it was heavily romantic there was so much included about family the struggles between sisters as well as the struggles of being a teenage girl. I recommend it for anyone wanting a bright, hilarious and addictive young adult novel to fall in love with.

"This is our life; there’s no use in asking what if. No one could ever give you the answers. I try, I really do, but it’s hard for me to accept this way of thinking. I’m always wondering about the what-ifs, about the road not taken."

“Margot would say she belongs to herself. Kitty would say she belongs to no one. And I guess I would say I belong to my sisters and my dad, but that won’t always be true. “When someone's been gone a long time, at first you save up all the things you want to tell them. You try to keep track of everything in your head. But it's like trying to hold on to a fistful of sand: all the little bits slip out of your hands, and then you're just clutching air and grit. That's why you can't save it all up like that.

Because by the time you finally see each other, you're catching up only on the big things, because it's too much bother to tell about the little things. But the little things are what make up life.”

I would recommend this book to people who like romance. This book is about a girl who has wrote a letter to each boy she has ever loved. There's five letters in total. But when her letters mysteriously disappear and are sent to the guys, her life turns around. While trying to keep face with her sister's ex-boyfriend, she partners up with Peter Kevinsky. In the process of faking a relationship with him, they both fall in love. But Lara Jean will have to go through a hard time dealing with Genevieve, Peter's ex-girlfriend. Can their love survive the challenges? Find out for yourself :)

16 year old Lara Jean has been in love 5 times. Every time she wants to say good bye to a boy and stop loving them, she writes them love letters, seals them, addresses them, and then tucks them away in a hat box given to her my her late mother. The letters are her own little secret until one day in the spring when she returns homes to find them all sent. One by one she faces "all the boys she's loved before" only to find that who she thinks she's loved the most all along may not be the one for her, and the least expected boy from the group of 5, might just be the one.
