Food Is Medicine

Although this book was written with a focus upon Native American Peoples, any person that suffers with diseases stemming from hyperinsulinemia or diabetes will find this information helpful. The information brings together research on regulating insulin through the power of foods, and down to earth recipes (nothing fancy or gourmet). People all over this earth are afflicted with food related diseases. I believe that when we are given a gift of knowledge that will benefit others it needs to be shared. It is my hope that with proper diet people will lead the lives intended for them with bodily ease, without pain, filled with love and joy in their heart. Consider this book a tool, a guide, a step in the right direction towards good health.
