A delightful Family Comedy Film! While not as good as the Finding Nemo, definitely worth watching! Make sure to watch the superb Short Film 'Piper' in the Bonus section! The Commentary is good, also!

A sweet story. Little Dory getting lost made me tear up a bit. Enjoyed the movie overall.

Almost as good as the original, I didn't think it was going to be this good, I was wrong. I really enjoyed the new characters like the whale shark, beluga and giant squid. There were parts where you couldn't breath you were laughing so hard. 9 out of 10 stars for this great animated film.

Very cute, not as good as the original, but a new story line and some fun new characters.

Loved it! Excellent sequel to Finding Nemo. Heartwarming and great for the whole family.

I loved Finding Nemo, but this was kind of a disappointment. The repetitive dialogue got very tiresome and the plot seemed very stale. The complete ridiculous and implausibility of most of the events of the film made it incredibly silly and absurd. It was, however, very pretty to look at and it had some amusing moments. I liked Dory in the first film, but a whole movie centred on her character was not as much fun as I would have thought.

A good film for our kids.

I never thought another animated film could be as good as Tangled, but this comes really really close. Way better than "Finding Nemo". "Finding Dory" starts years before Finding Nemo, back when Dory was a child. She gets pulled by the undertow away from her family and is lost for 20+ years until Marlin "finds" her and they set off to search for Nemo. Fast forward after Nemo is found and we see Dory piece together her memory and find her way back home. Almost every character in this film has a flaw. Nemo has an undeveloped fin. Dory has short-term memory loss. Destiny the whale shark is myopic (near-sighted). And the list goes on. Proof that differently-abled does not mean dumb or useless. We loved it and we cried through the whole thing. Even the adult man-child. ;)

First of all, Finding Nemo and Finding Dory have a lot of connections so before you watch Finding Dory, you should watch Finding Nemo for a better understanding of this movie. The beginning of Finding Dory is really cute and emotional. The beginning almost made me cry. Finding Dory has the same plot as Finding Nemo. In this movie, obviously Dory has a short term memory problem which makes this movie even more interesting. This movie shows how Dory met Nemo and Marlin from Finding Nemo. The movie basically tells you how Dory was raised, what she did with her parents and how she lost them. Finding Dory is one of the best animation movies ever.

From the makers of Finding Nemo, a new tale of a fish who must find her way throughout the ocean begins in the form of Finding Dory. Dory is friends with Nemo and Marlin and is living her life but, she has short-term memory loss. One day, Dory remembers something about her family, and embarks on a journey to find them but, this will be no simple task for the forgetful Dory. Luckily, she has friends who can help. Finding Dory is filled with moments of laughter and heartwarming moments. I really enjoyed watching this film with my family and as such I think it would be a good family film. Comparing Finding Dory to Finding Nemo, I would say that both are good movies but, I personally thought that Finding Dory was funnier. Overall, I would rate Finding Dory 4.5/5.

I’m usually late watching all these new Disney movies because they aren’t my must-watch for their seasons. Finding Dory was good, but not great. I think the main problem was that Finding Nemo was so amazing and well executed that Finding Dory fell below the expectations. It lacked the humour and hook that was found in the first movie. I still love watching Finding Nemo, but I doubt I want to watch this movie again. In this installment, Dory begins to remember her past and family and sets off with Nemo and Marlin to find her home again. Along the way we meet some new characters, like a seven tentacle octopus and sharks and whales galore! With wonderful animation and a witty script, this movie is sure to impress but does not manage to reach the bar that Nemo set! Rating 3.5/5
