From the over-exuberant parrot Mak to the snack-obsessed tapir Rosie, from the persnickety echidna Epi to the acrobatic pangolin Pango, from the ditzy goat Scrubby to the commonsensical kingfisher Kiki and the always-cool chameleon Carmello, things are larger-than-life on a tropical isle that is pure wild animal paradise. Then Robinson Crusoe, a marooned human, arrives in the midst of a furious storm, and their lives are forever changed by this bewildering new 'creature.'

The movie was cute, and the kids loved it, but I wouldn't buy it.

I've never left a comment before.. I wanted to say that I thought this movie has an excellent message. It has beautiful animations and backgrounds. It's not the typical Hollywood cartoon movie. There are no recognizable voices or actors, but that is ok. It does have some things that may be unsuitable for younger children or for children who don't have a parent watching with them, such as animals using a rifle. It does clearly say 'not to try this' at home, but it still looks dangerous and isn't something that is normally shown in children's movies. I just thought it was a cute movie with a good message that kept me engaged and interested throughout... and I'm an adult. Great family movie!

I can't believe some of the things the animals do with a gun and there is a warning in the movie Not to Do This At Home. Not a great movie. Children liked it more than I did though.
