"Incidents in the night: a 19th century journal founded by the mysterious Émile Travers, a mad fanatical Bonapartist turned editor. When David B. stubles on copies of this mysterious publication, it sets him on an obsessive quest through obscure Parisian book shops. Dusty shelves and overflowing stacks become vast uncharted territories and sites of archaeological digs through layers of myth, fact and fiction. On the trail of the elusive Travers, David B. encoutners eccentric shop owners, discovers occult conspiracies, excavates forgotten gods and tangles with the Angel of Death."--Provided by publisher.

Very good drawings, subject rather esoteric, type is narrow and hard to read. Story not complete.

Easily deserves the awards and kudos it has received. It does end on a bit of a cliff hanger that after 10 years is still hanging. But no matter. The story you get is well worth it now.
