I like that the recipes are quick and easy. Nobody could argue with the benefit of adding more leafy greens to your diet and the correlation to improving certain conditions. I usually juice in the mornings but will try these recipes for a week and see how I feel. I love salad so maybe my story won't be as dramatic as some the the testimonials in the back section. However, what juicing had to do with her son's tonsillectomy is unclear nor her father succumbing to his heart condition despite his understanding of health benefits available in nature. Furthermore, after looking her up, she has since switched her stance to say that raw food is not a sustainable way to live and she and her family gave it up. Just a reminder that we all still have genetics and challenges that there is not always a magic bullet for. So like every new health fad, take what works for you and leave the hype behind.
