Spoiler alert. I can't talk about it without giving specifics. I like the series slightly less now mostly because there are more and more characters and it makes things hard to follow. Cole has found a new woman. While it's good to see he's moving on, Luiza seems like a whiny shrew and I don't see the attraction. Alison wants her daughter back after having suffered some kind of breakdown. This is an interesting story element, but we never get to see the breakdown. We only hear people refer to it. I would have liked to see the cinematic representation of that. The most interesting character continues to be jilted wife Helen. She also offers some comic relief sometimes which is very welcome in this mostly dark series. She is moving on with her life with a new man.... or is she? She obviously still has feelings for Noah. Noah tries to be the good guy and take the fall for something that in fact both Helen and Alison are responsible for. The writing was so good for season one. It is starting to fall apart a little. Certain elements just don't add up, but I'm invested in the characters now and I'll continue to season three.
