Isabella Swan moves to a small town in Washington, where she believes she will be bored out of her mind. Until, she meets Edward Cullen who turns Bella’s life upside down in thrilling and terrifying ways. I loved this book I definitely recommend this book for teens and young adults. It’s deeply romantic and very suspenseful. The main takeaway from this book is the struggle between defying our instincts and satisfying our most intriguing desires. It will make you scared, sad, and overwhelmingly happy. The dramatic ending will leave you in awe. Twilight by Stephenie Meyer is an amazing book, a love story with “bite”. 5/5 -@ve_teenreview of the Hamilton Public Library's Teen Review Board Despite the critism Twilight is a fantastic novel which I highly recommend reading. I myself was a little skeptical at first but after the first page I found myself admiring Stephanie Meyer’s writing style. She made her novel an easy to read one where you don’t have to think too much about the meaning behind everything. The writing style isn’t the best part though, I believe the plot is well written too. It goes from a girls whose life you may think is boring into blissful romance and fantasy themed storyline. Personally I love a good twist and romance in my novels and if you do too then Twilight is the novel for you. 3 stars @Celine of the Hamilton Public Library's Teen Review Board
