[the Terrifying True Story of the Origins of the Ebola Virus]
Mar 26, 2016
This book is gory. This book is gruesome. This book is completely true, which took me aback when reading it. By jumping through historical, social, and medical contexts, author Richard Preston embodies the terror and devastation that the Ebola virus caused on Africa and the United States. Preston has a seriously detailed writing style; somehow, his writing genius can find its way into things you can relate to and make you think. This book is for anyone interested is virology or the events of the Ebola outbreak, as well as aspiring biologists. - @spaghettibro of the Teen Review Board of the Hamilton Public Library
